Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive behavioural therapy, or CBT, is an evidence-based approach to treating anxiety and depression. CBT examines problems by breaking them down into their interrelated components.

Sometimes problems can get caught in a vicious cycle and low or anxious feelings can develop into something more significant.

MoodMission is built using CBT principles and uses a CBT framework to classify missions. Vicious cycles can be broken when missions target specific parts of the problem. Breaking a vicious cycle can restore balanced mental health.
